Staff Profile

Welcome to Tarah Daniels and Paige Kohalmi who joined Axsapt in January.

Tarah's goal as our Customer Liaison Ambassador is 100% customer satisfaction. As well as answering the phones and logging support requests, Tarah will arrange site visits at a time that is convenient for you and focus on matching your needs to the correct training courses available in our training center.

Paige is responsible for the management of the support queue and addressing first level issues promptly and competently. Paige will also be assisting Tarah in logging support requests during peak periods.

Pasha Rahmati who joined us last year as a Senior Support Consultant is now visiting customers' sites to perform upgrades, backups and system evaluations.
